Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Standard delivery time is 15 working days. If there is stock, we could ship within 7 days. Feel free to tell if you have urgent case.

Q: What is your guarantee period?
A: EXCEL LED provides 2 years quality guarantee for the products from your purchase date, except the human damage and force majeure factor.
Q: How can I pay for the order?
A: Our payment terms: T/T, Western Union, etc.
1) For sample order: 100% T/T or Western Union in advance.
2) For bulk order: T/T (Bank Transfer),50% down payment, 50% balance should be paid before the delivery of the goods.
